Technically, the ‘right’ size for me would have been a ‘small’ for me, but I purchased a ‘medium’ instead because I am wearing long, flowing pants to an East African wedding at the end of the month. I correctly decided to get a larger size to make certain the top hung down to my hips at least. I have to say, this is an incredibly gorgeous shirt. I’m so impressed with the style, colors and handiwork of the pattern. My experience is that it wears exactly how the sizing states: if you wear an American size small, get that.
